1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JigsawPuzzle.pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

JigsawPuzzle.pro is a browser-based puzzle experience that lets you play curated puzzles and turn your own photos into puzzles through an in-browser "DIY" feature. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we give written permission otherwise.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Content

When you use our "DIY" feature, you retain all rights to the images you use. Since images are processed locally on your device, we do not claim ownership, store, or have access to your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you select for puzzles and for any content you share or display through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Upload or generate content that is offensive, pornographic, or violates others’ rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or impair the security or performance of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service without permission.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with the Service or remove proprietary notices.

6. Intellectual Property

All puzzles we provide, site design, logos, and other materials are owned by JigsawPuzzle.pro or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the personal, non-exclusive license granted to you to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers (including Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Google Analytics for usage insights, and Google AdSense if ads are enabled). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy notices. We do not control third-party tools, and they may change or end their services at any time.

8. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice. We are not liable to you if we do so. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JigsawPuzzle.pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed USD $50 or the amount you paid to use the Service in the last three months, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JigsawPuzzle.pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will end immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you access the Service from another location, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
